The room included a kettle and tea and coffee facilities, which I found convenient. Free tap water was accessible in the lobby. I thought this was a practical touch. The shower was clean and spacious. I appreciated that. The bed was of a large size.
The floor access felt a bit unsecured because it was open.

the staff were friendly and cute. the reception area and pentalounge offered a stylish, relaxing space with a great atmosphere. the hotel's location was a highlight, providing easy access to the city center and nearby public transport (making exploration simple).
The room wasn't very clean. I noticed hairs in the bed sheets.

The staff at reception were super helpful, and they quickly addressed all our needs. The Pentalounge offered a stylish, relaxing space. I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, providing easy access to public transport and a street filled with various food and drink options.

The room included a mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Staff members were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The hotel offered easy access to nearby attractions like the Horta Museum and Maison Hannon. I found tram stops just a minute away from the building.
I noticed some stains on the carpet in my room.
